I couldn't decide which picture to post so I decided to make a quick montage. She sure was having a blast in the bathroom tonight!
I have a little helper on my hands lately. I pulled the chair up to the sink when I was washing Arianna's cups tonight and after I rinsed them she would stack them properly in the drain board. I will definintly start having her help me more in the kitchen. :)
She really enjoys helping me cook too which is alot of fun. Now if I could only get her to eat more. She really has been stressed out lately by her poor eating. She is already a little peanut I don't need her losing any weight now. I'm not very creative with cooking so if you have any suggestions please let me know. At least she was 21 pounds last week so it's not like she is extremely small. As a mother I just want to feed my child and it's so frustrating when she doesn't want to eat. I feel like it's my fault when I know its not. At least she likes ice cream...it's been the only thing putting the weight on her!
Well I better get a few things done before bed. Good night!

She looks absolutely adorable!! You know she hams it up great! I know what you mean about the eating thing, although Vaeh is really now the opposite! Maybe try ravioli, or pasta? That's a great thing for little one's to eat & will help put weight on - hopefully!
Give that little 'ham' hugs & kisses from us!
Wow Vanessa, Arianna's hair is so long and pretty!
How about trying foods you know she likes, and sneaking in extra calories (maybe cheese or a little butter). Bilal loves veggies; shredded cheese added to baked squash gives an extra calorie boost.
Have you mentioned Periactin to her ped? You know Bilal had it from about 18 months until about a month ago, now we've decided he doesn't need it any more. It really stimulated his appetite, and he had no side effects. We started once a day in the evening and went to twice a day. I know we don't want to medicate our kids unless we have to, but it brought Bilal up from below the growth curve to 75%, and since then he's developed tastes for all different types of food. Of course he still LOVES his ice cream!
The bathroom pics are so cute!! Thanks so much for making the montage.
Have you tried avocados? Try mixing avocados and cream cheese and spread it on something she likes, like a tortilla or bread? Lots of calories (and yumminess) there. Does she like cheese? Yogurt?
Praying for lots of good eating, and a good weekend for you guys. xoxoxo
Arianna looks great and just continues to get more beautiful each time I check in on you guys!
I know how frustrating the eating thing is. Maddison is SO picky and just won't eat, despite my numerous efforts & offerings. Feel free to email me and I can give you some great food suggestions; maybe Arianna can benefit from all my research! Ha. Ha.
Love those soft bouncy girls you have Miss Arianna!
Love & Hugs,
Nicole Watson
