From heart surgeries, medical updates, healthy living, accomplishments and trials. We are learning to live each day to the fullest and become the healthiest and happiest family we can be!
We love with all our HEART and believe with every ounce of our SOUL ---- God has a PLAN and PURPOSE for our family! (Jeremiah 29:11)
Vanessa... I get busy, don't check your blog for ONE day...and look at what happens!!! JEZZZ!!! You know...no one really explains at the beginning how much the heart and lungs depend on each other. We thought we were only going to have to worry about the heart...SURPRISE...it's the lungs that keep causing us problems too. If you have to go home on oxygen...just take it and RUN out of that hospital! Isaac's been on and off of it. We still have it in the house (just in case). Did you tell everyone "I TOLD YOU SO" about getting in to see the pulmonologist sooner. FYI...after Isaac's last surgery...we've kept him on breathing treatments twice a day (or more as needed)...albuterol and pulmacort. Maybe just keeping her on treatments will help open the lungs so she can get weined off the oxygen soon. I hope they find the problem and get you home soon!! I won't miss a day again...I'm sorry!
Vanessa....wow what a day! It's so frustrating waiting in the hospital for all the docs to get their act together. Glad that Arianna seems to be tolerating the oxygen well and jumping all over her crib!
Keep your chin up and trust those instincts! Wish I could be there to sit with you...but looks like we're going to be snowed in around these parts!
Vanessa, I'm so glad Arianna's getting great care at the hospital, and had a better day. I hope everyone gets together and gets to the bottom of her issues soon. She looks as precious as ever, even in a hospital gown. thanks for keeping us updated. Heart hugs from Bilal
