Finally out of our bed

Arianna has been sleeping in her new BIG girl bed for 6 days....all through the night!!! She wouldn't sleep in a toddler bed so we put the twin mattress in our room and she LOVES it. I am still amazed that it's been 6 nights with her sleeping in her own bed. There is hope that she will be in her own room one day. It was so weird the first night I kept waking up checking to see if she was breathing. I'm so used to getting hit in the face all night that I was a little worried when I didn't feel anything. But she is doing great and we couldn't be happier.

As you can see she got new Dora sheets for her big girl bed. Thanks Mom she loves them!

Yeah, Arianna!!! Gabby just started sleeping the entire night in her bed & she's 4! She'd always come over during the week (Daddy isn't home usually during the week & we have a king size, so...). She'll be asking for the keys before you know it!

Give her big hugs from us!

Thanks for checking in on Harrison. Wow, out of your bed. Got any advice on how to get a 7 year old (2 months shy of turning 8) out of our bed?

Love those big girl pictures! Way to go on sleeping in your own bed Arianna!
Madison was having leg pain last night and ended up in my bed. Oh boy, am I glad that doesn't happen very often!
I am not sure about the high arch shoe giving her pain. Madison has worn AFO's for so long that she doesn't know any better. She does have a pretty little arch in her foot when you are just holding her foot in your hand. But she still pronates when standing on her feet. She also had really curly toes when she was little and the AFO's have straightened them out as well.
I do know that if Madison ever gets out of her AFO's Stride Rite is where I will go to get her shoes.
Good luck on the search. Madison has some femoral torsion. She is a W sitter and we try hard not to let her. They say those with tibal torsion sit on their feet instead of W sit.
Always something new and interesting with these little ones.
Take care,
Pam and Madison

Oh my i am so glad you found me, I have been so mad my last comp got a virus i lost everything, i found Arianna site not to long ago, but i didnt know how to leave a comment =( you would think i would know how to use a computer by now...lol I love the new pic's of Arianna she is getting so much bigger, and still beautiful as ever, i am always thinking of her and praying for her =) I had to laugh about you're post about her finally sleeping in her bed. geeze i cant even tell you how many times i get smacked in the face by maddy, or kicked in the head, she is all over the bed, i got her a toddler bed but she wont sleep in it even if i put it in our room i tried several times =( no luck! looks like some more long abusive nights for me, from maddy, she really gets me good i wouldnt be surprised if i wake up with a black eye one day.......LOL i had her sleep alone a few nights when we first got her the bed she did good, but paranoid me missed her and had to keep stealing her back in my bed once she fell asleep. I was just like you im used to feeling her move around me at night or just getting up and looking at her breathing =) I guess we just get so used to it from when they were small. But I guess ill let you go now, thanks again for stopping by and finding us, we are reunited again ....yay! lol have a good night you guys!

love Christina & maddy

Not the crib, not the toddler bed, of all things, a mattress, that's pure genius! Way to go Arianna!

Yay! What an accomplishment! Funny thing is once I got my kid(s) out of my bed I actually missed them. Sure you can cuddle with Hubby, but its just not the same kind of cuddle! ;)
